About Brian Weinstock
Mr.
Brian Weinstock was born and raised in Winnetka and Lake Forest
Illinois and attended public schools in both communities. Mr. Weinstock
attended local colleges and universities during the early 1970s. Mr. Brian
Weinstock volunteered for military duty and entered the US Army and was
honorably discharged from the US Army in 1977. After discharge, Weinstock
started his first home improvement and design/build firm in Lake Forest,
Illinois. He was known for exceeding customer expectations throughout
northeastern Illinois in all aspects of home remodeling, improvement and
repair.
Along with his successful home improvement business, Brian Weinstock began
offering professional home and commercial property inspections in 1978 for
buyers, banks and insurance companies. He trained new building inspectors
regularly as he continued to grow this successful professional home
inspection business. When home inspection licensing became law in Illinois,
Brian Weinstock trained and prepared for the professional
licensing exam and passed the first time. Brian Weinstock is currently a
professional licensed home inspector in the state of Illinois, in good
standing without disciplinary action of any kind since licensing began in
2002. Mr. Weinstock’s home inspection company is called Home Buyer Advocates
Inc.
In the early years of his home and commercial design/build business, Mr.
Brian Weinstock did all the work himself including electrical, plumbing, and
the rough and finish carpentry of all types. In 1985 Mr. Weinstock married
and today enjoys being a father of two wonderful girls. In 1994 Mr. Brian
Weinstock and his family settled in Lindenhurst Illinois while continuing to
own and operate a growing very successful residential and commercial design
build firm. In 1996 Mr. Brian Weinstock finished both his Associates of
Science and Bachelors of Science degrees at the College of Lake County and
Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Mr. Brian Weinstock continues to own and operate Home Installation
Professionals and Home Buyer Advocates with well over $1 million in gross
sales. Mr.
Brian Weinstock is proud to have earned and
maintained an A+ rating by the BBB for both businesses. He has also earned
the highest rating and an award in 2008 by a well known customer rating
company for having over 17 straight A ratings by his customers in every
category of price, workmanship, professionalism and staff. He is a member of
NARI, NAHI, the BBB (A+ ratings) and along with his staff and affiliates are
licensed in good standing in all professional disciplines including
architecture, engineering, electrical, plumbing, roofing and many more.
From concept to keys since 1977, Brian Weinstock has continually designed
and managed to successful completion up to 80 residential and commercial
design build projects each year. From a master bathroom remodel to
multi-million dollar projects, staying within a committed time frame at, or
under, budget is his commitment to excellence. He has exceeded the
expectations of thousands of residential and commercial property buyers,
sellers, lenders and insurance companies. As a professional, licensed home
and building inspector, Brian Weinstock has protected the health and safety
of his customers, their families and their employees. He has educated his
customers, protected them from bad investments and saved them millions of
dollars in negotiated repair and replacement costs.
